Flexible and soft cord. Nice and strong but not stiff like a cable. Good larger latches, will buy again.

I enjoy "not" having a metal chain hanging around my dog. This is definitely a safer, lightweight option.The material is fantastic, soft and holds my Belgium Malanois (high energy) dog at bay without harming him if it gets tangled in his legs or around his body. My dog hasn't tried to chew the leash & he doesn't seem to mind it being on his harness.I actually got 2, split one in half to make a third & went to Ace Hardware and purchased a few dog collar clasps and made a couple shorter leashes to use on picnics, etc.Awesome deal and a great buy!

I hate the cables kink, so I was looking for another rope tie out. I couldn’t find the one I bought before so I tried this one and it is totally different. This one feels like a wire cable covered with a nylon fabric, so looks like a cord or rope but bends like a cable. Sorry I can’t seam to find the words to describe the difference , his last rope tie out moved with him this one unbends if he pulls which he doesn’t.

very satisfied with this. got the 12m (40ft) one 2 months ago, and it seems to be holding up well. Glad it has a little give, as sometimes our 60lb lab mix will run at almost full throttle to its furthest extent (to our dismay). We also got a 30' PVC coated wire cable for our 16yo Sheppard mix, and this one is naturally much for comfortable. When we bought it, I didn't pay attention to it also having a reflective stripe, and definitely appreciate that now! I'm tempted to try some paracord as a lighter weight alternative, but the extra thickness of this probably will be more kink resistant, and its nice that it has clips on both ends (and the reflective stripe).

Loved the length! And it seemed like great quality, but my 7 month old lab chewed right through it. Super bummed!

Good length and currently is used as a tie out for my dog. Much better than a wire cable.
