The machine is very versatile and can be used more than 1 way! The grips and pad are fairly comfortable! It was extremely easy to assemble, but I get nervous that it won’t last long.

really easy to assemble! i never worked out but me and my husband decided to start working on our body so were staring and at home gym cause i like to workout in the comfort of my own home, i used this product and i so feel it my stomach is starting to feel sore it adjusts to different inclines and holds my weight on all levels, i weight 290, if your looking for a machine to help you get a six pack i would 100% recommend this product!!!!

easy to use, I got it Saturday and have used it everyday so far, my first day I took it easy and did what I could, but I have slowly moved up on how many I do and I can feel it which is amazing. I will say though when assembling it I did notice that I only got one screw for the face plate but luckily I had an extra screw that would fit it. But I absolutely love this!

I can see how this will be a clothes hanger. I couldn't get the calorie counter thing hooked up properly as instructions are not clear. It's not very sturdy and I only figured out how to do one move on this thing realistically. I am sure I read there was a DVD, thought those are out of style but there was none. I would have paid to see a video with some instructions on the different exercises they claim you can do on this thing

Upon delivery sent in a huge box (love that).Barely took 10 minutes to put together. Instructions easy to follow. No missing pieces. Not a lot of trash either. Did a test run on lowest level it’s a beast!Lastly, love self and be healthy!

First I will say it's strong but the padding on the arms has already deflated in. Now my arms rest on the metal. It also says 250lbs I am 204 and the rollers sound like they are struggling and are not as smooth as they should be. Some of the workouts are very uncomfortable. With that being said I have never purchased the $300 versions to see how the match but for the money it definitely works. I was 220lbs when I started using this 3 weeks ago I am now 204. I also changed my eating habits

Super easy to put together and boy is it a workout. I'm a mom and have had a c-section so those lower stomach muscles are a challenge to hit. After 1 use I could see and feel a difference. I've been working out steadily for the last 3 years and this has hit my abs better than any other ab machine at the gym or floor workout I've done. Love it, great addition to our home gym
