I used it once or twice a day in my office at work and after only 2 months the grinder stopped working. Had to buy a separate grinder which defeated the point of buying this one with it all built in.

Awesome design super easy to use. Great price too, for great coffee. We actually had “issues” with the grinder but it turns out you just have to turn the little white arrow to the very end of the unlock sign.

My family gave me an espresso machine for Father’s Day. After 2 months, the grinder stop working. I wrote emailed to the manufacturer.The manufacturer wrote back saying the grinder is broken and I can replace it. They sent a video with email but not explanation how to get a replacement part.Don’t buy this brand, you will be disappointed.

Pros: Makes a very decent shot of espresso for the cost of the machine. The frother also works very well. I liked the petite size of the machine. Fit very well on my counter where I have limited space.Cons: The overall feel of the machine is “cheap.” All the components are plastic. The lid tops for the bean and water container fit loosely. Just doesn’t have a quality-made feel. Ultimately, what made me want to return the machine was just how terribly messy this machine is. When the machine grinder disperses the grinds, some of the grinds spray all over the the machine and counter. Also, when the espresso is done dispensing the espresso shot, the machine continues to drip.

I love my coffee maker, it's perfect in every way and the finished drink is fantastic! Works great and is easy to clean. It's a well made device and I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about their morning espresso habit.
