The cable is the correct length and replaces both parts of the two cable system. The plastic end that fits into the hood latch is a little small and falls out. Had to install an E-clip on it to secure it. Would have been nice if it had come with the clips that hold it above the condenser as well. I'm careful and was able to release mine to reuse but I'm sure many won't be so fortunate.
