Fine unless you're using it for spelling. There are at least five blatant spelling errors in my copy. One would think Mead would proofread this before mass-producing it

nice looking but the paper seems to be scratchy. The spelling tips are wonderful but there's more to steno pads than spelling. The paper quality is below average. I use a Pilot gel pen and when it hits good paper it writes smoothly. This is not the case here.

I use Spell-write Steno Books for all sorts of note taking. They are very retro looking and have the classic green tinted paper.

I've used these Mead Gregg ruled spiral notebooks for fifty years, first as a secretary then for personal use. The 6"x9" size and 3/8" spaced lines are perfect for my daily journalling and the top spiral binding leaves my hand free to move across the page. The green tinted pages are easy on the eye. I was happy to find these notebooks still available at an affordable price through Amazon.
