As someone who makes sausages weekly, the different plate sizes are a game changer. The 4.5mm plate makes perfect breakfast sausage texture, while the stuffing tubes handle casings without tearing. Only wish it came with more recipes!

I process 20-30lbs of venison every hunting season. This grinder powers through frozen chunks that used to jam my previous one. The reverse function actually works - cleared a clog in seconds. And remove parts to clean is also very quick fix way. Cleanup is easier than expected with the stainless steel parts.
