Excellent shredder claws! They’re extremely sharp, so they slice through meat with ease. The wood handles are well rounded and smooth, which makes them easy to grip. They’re not heavy, either. The metal is a little thinner than I expected, but that doesn’t slow them down. One of the claws I received is a little wobbly where the metal connects to the wooden handle, but it’s riveted, so it shouldn’t break (hasn’t yet, at least). They also came with a bottle opener for some reason, but it’s a high quality all-metal bottle opener, so I’ll take it!

These shredders are made from a substantial piece of stamped stainless steel with a full tang handle (the metal continues all the way through the handle.) That makes for a very sturdy set of shredders with a comfortable wooden handle. The points are nice and sharp.

It is sharp enough to make pulling pork or beef effortless, minimizing the need for extra tools. And, the wooden handles are ergonomically designed, ensuring a secure hold and reducing hand fatigue. The meat shredder claws are great for shredding chicken breasts. After cooking four chicken breasts in my Instant Pot, I was able to shred them in just a matter of minutes. Before having these I had to use forks and it would take as long as 15-20 minutes and the shreds were not small and were more chunky. This made for perfect shredded chicken sandwiches, chicken burritos and for putting chicken shreds in a salad for a meal. While four breasts makes a lot of chicken shreds, I have put them in portions and vacuum sealed the chicken to store in the freezer for future use. I believe these would also work very well for shredding pork loin as well.

Great value set. Lightweight. Time will tell how they hold up against large roasts but if the meat is cooked right, should shred just fine. Teeth are lightly serrated on each side for grip. Handles aren't super comfy but fine for no longer than I use em. If you're a hardcore bbq'er maybe invest in an expensive, heavy set but for the backyard enthusiast, these are just fine.

Easier than forks; Sharpness comes from pointed nature of claws;___Using forks to shred chicken breast and other meats was time consuming and awkward, yet I did not want to devote a lot of storage space to those large shredding disk contraptions for a task I only did on occasion. Enter these forks.___Using these is neater than using forks, because these are large enough to firmly anchor the meat with one while you shred with the other. The larger handles are more comfortable than holding onto forks. Lastly, the short height of these gives you better control, IMHO.___The metal on these extends well into the handles, so these should not separate under normal use.___The teeth are not sharp like your chef's knife. The cutting action comes from the stabbing and pulling action.___They also store in relatively little space.___There is a bonus of a bottle opener/corkscrew with this.___5 stars, no deductions.___

Light, sturdy, these claws do a great job of ripping and tearing at roasted meat, very awesome for pulled pork. One of my claws came a little loose, just enough to rattle against the handle when shaking it, but it didn't seem to take away from the performance. I do think a little more of a curve would make it easier to bite into the meat, at times I had to dig and twist to really pull the meat instead of just scraping at it. The wine corkscrew wasn't necessary but never a bad thing to have a corkscrew/bottle opener around, so it'll get used, I'm sure.

The do a nice job shredding meats of all types. When doing my pulled pork it seems to take for ever using 2 forks. These make quick work of the job. Although it says they are dish-washer save, after the first washing the wooden handles became rough, so they are not sealed well for washing that way.
