This kitchen mallet was obviously made with a lot of thought and care. You can see it in the quality of the stainless steel polish, and feel quality when you use it. Simply gorgeous.

It is heavy enough to easily flatten or tenderize even the toughest cuts. I buy pasture raised dairy cow shares and the flavor is superb and they are better treated than typical cattle. They are quite tough however, and this tenderizer was just perfect for taking care of this problem. It is also very attractive and well made, moreso than I would have imagined before I saw it. I highly recommend this tool, it will be with you for a lifetime.

中国製とはわかっていましたが、いざ送られてきた状態を見ると、中身に問題が生じたわけではないにしても、無造作にプチプチ梱包材で巻かれただけで海を渡ってきた哀れな姿で、最初、なんじゃこれはと思ってしまいました。安いんだから文句は言ってはいけないんですが、選択を間違ったと後悔しました。物はちゃんと使えました。念のため。
