I used to use crepe paper when I was a child to make flowers for my mother on Mother's Day. I recall it having incredible stretching potential, but this product tears far to easily to allow much stretching. I learned this the hard way!! I managed to use it for my purpose, but I was disappointed in not being able to make it curl and bend as I hoped. Guess my childhood memories might be not so good, or I just wasn't so particular back then.
