My newborn cluster fed the first week. Had it not been for these two products, my nipples probably would have fallen off. They were cracked and bleeding and these helped them within a day or so. I definitely recommend putting water on the pads first so they don’t pull coming off. I also cut a pad in half and used them to make the pack last longer. Highly recommend!

The hydrogel pads don't lay flat or stay in place well. Don't waste your money.The lanolin is decent enough though! Just buy it separately, don't bother with the set.

The hydrogel pads are a nipple lifesaver when you are in the early days of breastfeeding and baby is still learning. So much that i easily buy 8-12 in one go to support me for the 2 ish weeks.The cream, however, isn't great and i didn't see much improvement. I prefer Lansinoh for lanolin
