It is thinner than advertised but I'm okay with that. I use this as my primary IFAK and I do like the thinner design. It fits better on my gear and has ample room to fit all of the needed supplies. After inspecting it, there was only one stitch that was questionable but a dab of superglue was all it took. Still love the bag. -Marine

I have to say that this is a far superior product than I expected for the price to be quite honest. I volunteer with a canine search and rescue team and it fits in perfectly with all my other gear

I wanted to add bigger than an IFAK first aid pouch to mount in my truck. I added molle pouches on the outside for a tourniquet and a compression bandage. I really like the velcro mounting system. Seems to be pretty good quality.
