This gets the job done as a lab coat. Fits my body, is long, prevents stuff from getting onto my body or my clothes. It is made of really stiff material though and is pretty rough. I'm getting itchy just thinking about it. I have two coats and the uncomfortable material has made this my last resort coat.

The lab coat was purchased because my daughter needed a lab coat for freshman biology class. She was very happy with the lab coat. When I unpackaged it I noticed its very nice quality, well made and appears durable. What I liked the best was the fact that the material is heavy enough that if she spills anything there is a barrier between her and the chemical. Its also long enough to provide a good amount of protection. And with the little belt in the back, its got just a little feminine flair so it looks kind of nice too, as far as lab coats go.

I bought this for just one lab, and thank heavens it's as cheap as it is because I can hardly do anything while I'm in it!I bought a small because I usually run small/medium and I figured this would be baggy enough anyways but while the torso fits perfectly, the arm holes are sewn with a smaller seam around my bicep so I can hardly lift my arms out and if I flex just right, I could probably she-Hulk right through it!I'd definitely order a size up!Pros: Very long torso, would definitely cover you up Cons: Arm holes are too small!Thick fabric to protect youFits true on the torso

When I looked to purchase this lab coat, I read the reviews to be sure that a "one size fits everyone" produce would fit me. I am 5'9, 145 and based on the reviews, it seemed like it would fit just fine. However, the sleeves are about 3 inches too short, the material very stiff, and very tight in the shoulders. As a female of slender build, I would NOT recommend anyone purchase this product who isn't shorter than 5'6 and of a slender build.

Based on the price, I was expecting a flimsy "costume" lab coat. I only needed this lab coat to play a part in an act, so the quality wasn't much of a concern. But what I received was a real, quality lab coat that I plan to use in college during science labs. The fit was perfect, and even a bit flattering. However, I'm 5'8" and currently weigh 140 pounds (not exactly small...), so this may be a little too big for petite women.

First of all i will say that the quality of the coat is well worth the cost. Although i quite prefer cotton the fact that the coat will be worn over my clothes is Ok. the fabric feels good to touch.Overall, I like this coat and would recommend it to friends and others because it is well suited for the clinical area. I have not yet worn the coat but tried it and the length and small size is perfect. I am 5" 5 and weigh 110lbs.

I ordered a size small lab coat based on the previous reviews about size. I'm 5'7", weigh 135lbs, and am a size 4/6. The lab coat fits well around my body (I don't wear bulky sweaters/sweatshirts underneath my lab coat, it would probably be a little too snug if I did. But a thin sweater would fit just fine). The length, however, is WAY TOO LONG! It goes down to my knees! The "flare" at the bottom is also unappealing (the circumference at the bottom is greater than the circumference at the hip). I had to hem the bottom up 10 inches! It doesn't look quite the same at the "new" bottom since the fabric was cut to flare out like a dress I guess. Additionally, the arm length is a tad too short (when working in lab and bending my arms, my wrists are exposed, and I nearly had a chemical spill on my bare wrist today but luckily it hit my glove!). Anyways. Overall it works for my organic chemistry lab. However, when I need a lab coat for med school, I will likely go to a local "medical attire" store to try on lab coats to make sure I get one that fits well around me, and is the correct length.

Fitted really well. One thing is that first of all it smells, but I don't really care. It smells like something brand new. So make sure you wash it. And second, it is a V neck in case you have a chem professor who is a safety freak and wants no skin showing. So make sure you wear a turtleneck underneath or something b/c it doesn't button up all the way to your chin. Overall, awesome coat. I've been waiting for it for about a week and super excited to wear it. Also, it is 80% polyester, 20% cotton and it is pretty thick (in case you were wondering about that). Sizing: I am a M size young woman, 5.6 ft tall, usually wear size 6 or 7. I bought a SMALL size and it's just fit me! So I hope this helps to whoever is unsure about size
