Best SI belt, hands-down, and I have tried several. The only drawback is that to go from standing to sitting is difficult, since there's no stretch. The design on this belt is different than all the others that I've tried, very well made. The only problem I had was opening the velcro the first time. Since then, no problem.I wear a women's plus size 2X, and the XL belt fits well. I wear it very low, below the top of my hip bones. If the belt were any smaller, it would be too big for me to use standing up.

If you suffer from any kind of lower back pain (especially SI joint pain) that feels better when you apply pressure, this is the belt for you! I have had SI joint pain for 8 months and am without health insurance to get it assessed. I bought a new bed in attempts the change would help alleviate the pain, but wish I had saved the $2000 and just bought this belt. I received the belt two days ago, wore it one day around my house (equal amount of sitting and standing), and the second day to school (mostly all sitting & when I feel the most discomfort). This belt not only reduced my pain, but made it almost totally dissipate to the point that I forgot about my SI joint problems!I wear a woman's size 16 pants, and the XL SI joint belt just barely fits. If I was to LOSE any inches around my hips it would be too large. When closed very tightly, the belt stays in place for the most part. Excessive bending, twisting, or sitting and standing would absolutely move the belt out of place. The "rubber" on the inside of the belt that the seller advertises to keep the belt in place on your body is actually only two small sections about 3" x 4". I was hoping the entire interior of the belt was lined to ensure maximum placement staying power- not the case. With that said, it's more than worth the wiggle room if you do not mind re-adjusting a few times throughout the day.My advice is to spring for the $30-35 and at least give this belt a try. It could help to a better and pain-free quality of life:)
