I use these to listen to the TV as I don’t hear well. They are easy to hook up and they have very clear tone. I am 76 years old so if I can hook these up to our TV without help, I know that others my age will appreciate that. They are WiFi enabled so they don’t have a cord attached. I really like that too! Worked fine out of the box for about three weeks. Then stopped working. The headset would "pair" with the Bluetooth transmitter, but not "connect," so there was no sound. Charged the headset (a couple of times), went through the re-pairing sequence several times, each one successful, but it never connected to deliver any sound. I returned it...

The product was delivered on time and as advertised. They are relatively comfortable and sound good however, they are difficult to synchronize and do not stay connected. I would recommend spending a little more money and purchasing a better set of MEE Bluetooth headphones

This is a great headphone set, I love it! HOWEVER, I have owned it for less than a year and the charging unit no longer fits into the opening on the headset, rendering them useless. I have no idea why, all of a sudden, they will not fit into the opening, making it impossible to charge the headset. It says it has a 1yr warranty, however, there is no way to reach anyone to fulfill the warranty. What good is a warranty if you cannot get it fulfilled?

After about 3 weeks the left ear no longer works. Another headset by another manufacture works fine, so problem is with the headset, not the Bluetooth transmitter or any other connections. Am pursuing warranty provisions. Would like volume to be louder.Update... requested warranty replacement - received replacement in 3 days.

Love everything about it for me. This is the second one I bought. I purchased another for a friend who wears hearing aids and that didn't work out. Not ideal for that. But what I did do is use the earbuds as a second set for me. I took the connect box and paired it with her BOSE and a Bluetooth speaker and it worked out for both of us. I love my earplugs and now I don't have to depend on subtitles when there are other noises in the room, for example air conditioners or fans. At night its great too, doesn't wake anyone up. By the way, I called Mee Audio and they were super nice and send me an extra pair of ear bud tips. Great company.

I bought a second set of earphones so both my wife and I could watch TV using different volumes. I am using the digital optical audio connection to the bluetooth transmitter. I had to pair the second earphone with the transmitter which turned out to be very easy using the pairing instructions.Once everything was connected and I tried the earphones sounded slightly tinny at first, but after reinserting the earpiece properly the transmitter and earphones are working perfectly. I like that the transmitter is powered from the USB port on my TV so I don't have to plug the device into my AC power strip..

The earbuds are comfy and the sounds is really good. The battery life is surprisingly good. Be careful pulling them out of your ears, the suction got me once and really hurt.
