The hats very cute very satisfied how they look, but i only received 19 hats when it said 24 pcs. And was also missing one tassel and 6 gold rings that hold tassel in place. I was trying to order more to complete the ones i was missing but said not available. I have 24 preschoolers graduating this Friday, what can you do for me before friday. This is the first time for missing items always been satisfied with orders please do help me. Thank you.

i was expecting something very cheaply made for how inexpensive these are; actually very nice! We are using them to add to balloon sculptures to make little "graduates" - people love them. Good value!

Great item. I hung them on a tree and guests took them for a remembrance. The tassels were great colors. I received a lot of compliments on them of how cute they looked hanging on the tree.

These were so cute for the graduation party we threw!! They were quite the conversation piece!! They also held up well & I was able to pass them along to another friend who was going to be hosting a graduation party!
