This is an adorable item, however, tiny plastic decorative pieces fell off. Fortunately I glued them back on with a hot glue gun.

The box and packaging was in great shape however when I took out of Styrofoam packaging I had to glue 6 pieces back on. The little dog on the peak was also broken off and the tail was missing. Probably so small it broke into tiny fragments. There was also "glue strings" hanging all over the the main village piece,as if there was previous repair work done on it?? Not sure, but it appears I may have received a previously used village piece. Its super inconvenient for me to return so this is why i chose to just repair what i could. Can't recommend based on the condition I received it...the package wasn't even dented, I think I got sent a previously returned item. Very disappointed since Lexmark isn't cheap.

Have ordered four of these and multiple pieces have been broken. Hope you have some porcelain glue.

I saw a few other reviews about stuff being broken off when they received their item. Mine was in the same condition - the little dogs, the tree, and the sled in the front were all broken off and loose in the package when it arrived. Thankfully I have a glue gun and I was able to repair it, but if I ever wanted to keep this as a collector, it's lost any value because of that. Luckily I don't get these things to collect them with the hopes of value increasing in later years, but just be prepared that there will be things that are broken off so have your glue ready. That's why I only gave it 4 stars - if everything was attached and not broken this would be a 5 star purchase.

Very cute but sadly it arrived cracked and all the little figurines along the bottom were broken off.
