Great design. Some say it’s flimsy. It is a bit soft but that doesn’t seem to be a problem. The problem is not so much with the product as with the fact that cats have loads of fun with new toys…for about 15 minutes. Then the objects go into an ever growing pile of regretted purchases. It’s rare to find a cat toy that they continue to engage in longterm. One way to help that is to change it their toys frequently from said pile. And to remember that the cost of the toy is inversely proportional to the amount of play time your cat will bestow upon it. But this is not really the product’s fault. It’s moreso the persnicketiness of the species. The value is good if your cat is not a normal cat in this regard…

Both kittens and adult cats love this. I’ve already bought 2 of them. A lot stronger and sturdier than you think. Two big cats can sleep on top and still stands firm. They love playing through the holes and sleeping inside. Easy enough to put together.

My fingers are not strong enough to push it together. I asked my 26 yr old daughter to put in together and her fingers are not strong enough. Plus the directions are in 2 pictures

My bunnies love this! It was hard for me to put together but the BF figured it out. The bunnies go in out and all around their bunny castle. They don't chew on it like they did the cardboard and wooden hidouts they had. Sturdy quality too!

My cat has a great time in this tunnel and sticking her face and arms in the holes. It’s also a fun way to play with her. It did take me a little longer than I would like to admit to set up, but the felt is sturdy and pretty thick. I’m planning on getting more in the future to make a bigger shape, which I also really like. It’s a fun change of a normal tunnel.

I put up a shelf spanning the top of my living room TV but it turned into something of a three-kitten choke point in a precariously high place. This felt tunnel thing went together without much hassle and it fits up there nicely, adding a fun feature while safely containing the problem area (unsafe place to wrestle), allowing for alternate routes past the choke point (cats can choose to walk on top or through and use entrances on both ends and on the top center - chef's kiss). The mortise and tenon assembly and rigidity/density of the felt material makes it hold together much better than I expected. Top and bottom pieces and both ends work together to keep the side walls from being pushed out. A simple but thoughtful design element that increases structural stability. I will probably get another one of these at some point.
