I like the look of this unit being copper colored. The warmers work well. The lid holders are wonderful! I will use it for family get togethers to keep my kitchen looking neat instead of having several pots on the stove to keep food warm, or having several mismatched crock pots.

This holds plenty for side dishes or warm appetizers. I like that each crock can be individually controlled for cooking different dishes. It is a great value and works great, would definitely recommend.

I should have listened to the negative reviews about this item. The low setting is way too hot and the warm setting isn't warm enough. After a couple months, one of the inner silver heated inserts came out of it's slot and I couldn't screw it back in. The plastic around the top that holds it in place also snapped off. I can't use it at all now and it's just a waste of space. I contacted the seller but have yet to get a response. Save your money and find something else.

This arrived crushed on 3 sides and many plastic pieces broken. It was sad, because it’s beautiful and large. However, the seller gave a refund immediately (same day) with no delay. Hoping to find another, but leary to have shipped.

The base, including the heating element, was without flaw, no scratches or dents. The shell, so to speak, is quite thin, I can see how it might be easily damaged but mine survived its Christmas party debut without harm. The three ceramic bowls are first-quality, with a thick coat of glaze that made them easy to clean even the crusty burned food edges after a brief soak. I do not have a dishwasher so had to clean them by hand and it was no trouble at all. They are quite heavy and I found it was easiest to transport it from storage in pieces, i.e., ceramic bowls first, then the base. It's pretty awkward carrying it all at once because of its weight. The three heat settings, warm, low, high, performed exactly as expected.
