The product arrived promptly and in reasonably good condition. The table was slightly damaged during shipping. The six chairs took all day to assemble, and that was with real tools. It takes some work, but in my opinion, the set is worth the effort. These chairs are comfortable! I priced comparable sets at a national chain, and they were much more expensive than this set was. All things considered, I'm pretty happy with this patio set.
