This is a cute mini thermal printer basically. It’s super easy to set up and includes a user manual. You simply install the paper, download the Phomemo app and connect through Bluetooth. It has everything you need, including tutorials, for any DIY project you can think of. You can choose from the app or upload your own images to print. The color all depends on the paper you have chosen. It comes with red, blue, and green. I do wish it had came with a roll of black for labels but it can be purchased through the app. My daughter loves stickers so this is already paid for itself many times over. You will want to use scissors to cut the image from the roll once printed. The paper is just too thick for the cutting function of the printer itself. The print quality for me has been excellent so far. I appreciate that it’s small and easily stores away when not in use. This would be great a great gift for crafters, scrapbookers, teachers, or any family member or friend. My family and I have really enjoyed this and I would definitely recommend.

This printer is pretty small and fits in the palm of your hand. It comes with clear labels and I am assuming the sticker on the outside of the roll matches the color the design one will be once printed. You can cut to size, which is nice that are not limited to a specific sticker size. The app has a variety of a few different designs and layouts to choose from.

Of all the sticker thermal printers I have, this one is my favorite. I love that it’s pink and small enough to fit in my purse, so I can take it wherever I go. It prints well and works great with the three types of transparent adhesive thermal paper. Since the transparent paper rolls are stiffer than other sticker thermal papers, you’ll need to use scissors to cut and remove the prints from the printer. The Phomemo app is also user-friendly and offers a variety of templates. If you’re looking for a reliable pocket-sized sticker thermal printer, this is a great option.

I honestly love this mini printer! I thought it would be a bit gimmicky at first, but it's excellent. It's easy to set up, the mobile app - while offering a subscription - just works, and the print quality is impressive for the price. You can select between four different print qualities (and thus speeds), and I usually go for the best one as it looks the nicest. I use it to print labels for storage or travel containers, as well as little decorations. You can get a bunch of other label/sticker rolls which are compatible with this printer, so you aren't limited to the three included blue/cyan/pink transparent background ones.Note however, that due to the small size of the printer, the stickers/labels aren't super large, about 5cm in width and as long as you want them to be. Often, you can rotate graphics or text to make more of the available space however.

This is a really fun little item. You have to install an app on your phone or tablet in order to use it and there is an AI image creator that lets you generate a few different images before prompting you to purchase additional...licenses (I'm not sure if that is the right way to frame it but that is what it seems like). You can only download 2 or 3 of the AI generated images before it wants you to pay. There are stock images that are line drawings of simple things (think panda, cat, ice cream cone) and those are unlimited.There are 3 rolls of sticker paper included, each has a different color tape on the outside. The color of the tape corresponds to the color of the image when it prints on that roll of paper. That is not clearly explained in the very basic instructions included. Also not clear unless you read the fine print on the tape holding the paper rolls together is that, despite there being a serrated cutting edge on the printer itself, you CANNOT use that to tear the stickers off when they're done printing. The stickers are plastic-like and they cannot be cut using the cutter on the printer (so why have it?). You have to use scissors.It's a little cumbersome to figure out how to resize the stickers. Right now, we just stick to using whatever size is naturally generated so I don't have to struggle to figure out resizing to something bigger. My kids are fine with it. Keep in mind the images printed are basic line drawings that can only print in ONE COLOR.Fun entertainment if you have a use for single-color stickers with line drawing designs or kids who just like to see things print in real time. I can see it being more practical for someone who does scrapbooking and wants to print their own sticky-backed transparent images. That would be cool.

The MemoQueen sticker printer is my second thermal printer. Thermal printers have a ton of uses and are a lot of fun to use. The MemoQueen comes packaged with a USB charging cable and three rolls of different coloured ink thermal paper. No separate ink cartridges are required. The free Phomemo phone app has to be downloaded for printing.The print resolution is fine for printing labels and simple graphics. It is important to point out that the images are not archival and will fade away eventually.Don’t try to use the built-in paper cutter. The print surface is actually tough plastic tape and tear resistant. Instead, use scissors or a small utility cutter to cut the printed image neatly from the rest of the roll. The edges of the thermal paper are scored to make it easy to peel the paper backing away.I am using the MemoQueen to print memory stickers for my journal (among other uses). Its fun factor outweighs the modest cost.

The device is small and portable, and easy to use. The app is straightforward. There are images in the app that are free to use, and others that you can use if you pay for them. You can also use any picture that you take with your camera or download from the internet.It comes with stupid paper, one is supposed to be pre-installed in the device (though mine came empty), and three more rolls come in the box. The three rules that came in the box were colored pink, blue, and cyan. I'm assuming that the roll that is supposed to be pre-installed is black, though I don't know that for sure, and I'm not sure if the other three rolls are always the same 3 colors.I have noticed that whatever size the original image is, that is how much space gets printed off, even if you crop in the image to something smaller. So I recommend cropping images before importing them to the app.When it prints, it is monochromatic, and it prints in the color of the sticker paper that you install. I couldn't tell which roll was what color except for the little piece of tape that was keeping the roll wound up, so I made sure to put that little piece of tape back on when I took the roll out of the device.The images that it prints, if the lines are all solid color it comes out clearly with sharp edges, but as soon as I tried to print something that had shading, the shading wasn't smooth, that anything less solid dark was being printed in dots, similar to comic strips in newspapers from back in the day.Also, when printing, the app gives you choices of how dark you want the image to be printed, so two of my pictures show the same image printed twice and one is darker than the other.

The printer comes with a USB C power cord, 3 uninstalled 53mm rolls of transparent sticker paper that print in pink, green, and blue respectively, and instructions.Putting the paper rolls in is a bit finicky the first time or two, figuring out which way the paper goes. I kept the closure tape so I could reused it when changing out the papers.To use the printer you need to download the Phomemo app. Connecting to the printer was easy via bluetooth. You also need a wifi connection to access the designs in the app. The app is fairly easy to use and has nice options for To Do lists (that you can type in items for), frames, and images. Designs with a crown next to them require you to have an account to use, but there are a lot of designs you don’t need an account for in order to print. I love how you can rotate and resize the images.I discovered with a similar printer that the bold outline designs print the best. I tried all three of the papers and they look great. The transparent sticker paper needs to be cut off with scissors as it’s too thick to tear. I tried colouring on it with acrylic paint markers and chalk markers. Both washed off with water. Pencil crayons don’t work on it at all. Alcohol markers will come off with water and a lot of rubbing, but are probably the best option if you want to colour in designs.I fussy cut around one design and had no problem getting the backing paper off. The sticker stuck well to my water bottle.The colours are great, very vibrant and bold. Thermal paper isn’t archival, so consider your project. If this is something you want to last for decades, this isn’t for you. If you want some stickers for a day planner, etc., this is fun and easy to use.

I do seem to be gathering a wardrobe of various label makers, but having the one you need where you need it can be a challenge, so when this MemoQueen printer popped up, I already had a use in mind for it.However, I didn't realize I could be having so much fun printing stickers! March LabelFest 2025 (delayed from earlier in the year) took another hour to get started once I discovered the fun of printing my photos onto translucent label tape.Needless to say, with this lack of focus, no, I didn't read the directions, but had the printer up and running in no time. You do need to know which print app to use (there's a couple that float between the various label printers) so you may need to look that up, but otherwise, you'll be up and functioning in no time flat even without the directions.Easy to connect, and easy to print. Easy to print a bunch of stuff you never intended to print, but had a lot of fun printing.This is truly a pocket-sized printer, but the potential within is fantastic!Great for your staid, office jobs for organization.Also great for adding your favorite meme to your laptop via sticker.Prints clearly and quickly without any artifacts.Very affordable, especially considering the variety of things you can do with it.And yes, I did get March LabelFest underway and completed, but also, had a little fun along the way. Definitely five stars! It was fun to feel like a kid again!
