I depend on these disks to save my old VHS taped videos of family and friends, since the old VHS tapes are wearing out.

I usually get these discs at the store but was't going to have time to get them ffrom the store and they would have arrived faster. I went to record some things and most of the discs didn't work. I bought 2 packs of these and only 1-2 from each pack would work. It was the recorder as we've used this brand numerous times and i even called the dvd manufacturer and researched it and the error message was all disc related. when i had the chance, got the ones i got from the store and they worked fine. however, one of the things i learned in my research, is that a lot of discs are bad batches. the brands i got from walmart are the same brand as these ones. only difference is packaging and the ones from walmart are not in envelopes and these are. won't be ordering these again. will stick with getting them online.
