Lots of questions about size that nobody answered. Don't know why it's such a secret. I couldn't even find it on the Memphis Shades website. This part number, 2321-0166 fits covered forks from 69-78mm. Make sure you measure your forks with a caliper before you open them. Once opened you can't return them.

Despite what was stated by the seller, these do not come close to fitting the fork tubes on a 2017 Harley Davidson Street Glide, even with the longer reach bolt. The brackets are much, much too small to fit around the upper fork tube. This was on website--"Q: Will it fit 2017 street glide special --A: Yes it will fit just about anything. Very adjustable " Not true! Nice part, but it just won't fit bigger bikes with wide diameter fork tubes.

I can now ride the highway without feeling like I'm getting pulled off my Honda Shadow Aero. This means I can keep up with the BIG bikes. I'm very glad I got these. And I put them on myself!! Not bad or a girl!! They took about 30 minutes to put on after I watched a video on You Tube on how to install them. They look great too.

First, the main picture for these is of another product. The pic in the 'these are often purchased together' is what you get.Mine came with extra, longer screws. But I didn't need them for my VStar 950.The instructions CERTAINLY could be better. They SHOULD be clearer about which way the angled 'side brackets' and the 'deflectors' go. They should also say to install the deflectors after everything else. NO, you do NOT need to 'cover the gas tank with towels'!I think the brackets should have the adjusting connection in the BACK of the forks, with the screw.

I purchased this hardware as part of a +1 purchase with the Memphis Shades fork deflectors. However, the picture used for this product is not what the product looks like, which is a good thing, because the hardware shown in the picture will not work with the fork deflectors sold by Amazon. In the end, the correct hardware arrived with the correct fork deflectors, but the picture is misleading. Everything arrived in sealed packaging and installed perfectly on a 2008 Yamaha V Star 1300. If you're looking for lower wind protection, the fork deflectors and this hardware work great.
