To measure, please use a cloth measuring tape. I've been looking for a well made but inexpensive vest to wear when riding. Most places have this style but charge a kings ransom for them because they wore these on Sons Of Anarchy. I found this one while looking at a different style and the price was fantastic. I was a little worried about the cost being so low but I'm glad I took the chance.Pros:the leather is supple but sturdydoesn't weigh me downtwo hidden inside firearm pocketsheavy duty zipper AND snap closureglasses slot on the left breast pocketCons:shoulders are cut wide so they point out a little when I wear it zipped/snapped but it lays fine when it's left openOrder a size larger than you normally wear or it will be very tightBottom line:The price...that's what sold this vest. You can't get a vest of this quality at this low price. If you need one, get this one before the SOA wannabes buy them all up.
