It came promptly and fits well and comfortably. The shade of blue is a little different; a bit toward teal. But very attractive. My husband always looks for the velcro fitted cuffs as he has short arms.

The jacket is great in the wind and rain. I ordered a men's, but I believe they sent me a women's. The zipper is on the wrong side.

Advertised as waterproof. It is not. In fact, this jacket soaks up water like a sponge. Beyond useless in rain.
