I've been using these compression shorts for two years now for my regular cycling, HIIT training, gym, yoga practice, and more, and I'm absolutely loving them! The quality is really good, and they're a great deal.I also have a size 30 waist, and I went with the M size (if you want better compression, you can go with the S size), and they fit perfectly. They're super flattering on the hips, never cause any discomfort, and you barely even feel them. I've got a 34-inch leg length, and these shorts end 4-6 inches above my knee. They might not have a fancy name, but I'm absolutely loving these compression shorts. I'll definitely be buying more and recommending them to everyone.

My brother gave me this amazing gym shorts as a gift, and I can't believe how perfect they fit! I'm 5'12" and weigh 149 lbs, and the size M is spot on. I've been wearing them to the gym and they're so comfortable, with no chafing or binding. They're not too tight or too loose, and the length is perfect. The pockets are handy, too. Best of all, they don't shrink! There are two styles, one with white stitching and the other with black, and I'm thrilled with them. I'd definitely recommend this product! The 15% spandex compression is awesome, the shorts are super soft and the seams are flat.

My full time career is fitness. I teach cycle classes, small group HIIT trainins, yoga practices, etc., and I never feel like I have enough compression shorts. This three-pack would be a great deal if the compression shorts were actually good quality - which they are. My waist is a size 30, so I was torn between getting the S (28-30) or M (30-32) size. I went with M, a tiny bit frightened they'd be too loose. They weren't - they fit perfectly. They are snug on the bum - so snug that when I first put them on I was afraid they might be wedgie-inducing. While they hug any and all curves, they do not cause any discomfort at all. I can go through my whole day and barely recognize that they're on at all. The inseam seems a bit shorter than other compression shorts, but I don't have any problem with this. My leg length is 34", and I'd say these stop a solid 4-6" above my knee. Maybe they're not "name brand," but I'm pretty impressed with these compression shorts and could see myself purchasing them in the future.

These compression shorts are great! They fit as expected. They are comfortable, and have the right amount of tightness and grip. The materials seem like they are good quality.There's flat lock stitching to help keep chaffing at a minimum. There are small pockets. I probably won't use them. The inseam is as expected, and comes to just above my knees.I will use these for working out and using my row machine. I expect them to last a while without getting torn up too quickly.
