This review will not be about styles. That's subjective and it's personal. Instead, it will focus on the quality and material.Craftsmanship - Very good. There are no issues and the lines and seams are very nicely done.Sole - Good. It's semi-soft rubber, and comparable to other brand-name shoes. The material looks decent.Zipper - It does not operate smoothly. One can lubricate it with wax, but it doesn't speak of quality here, especially concerning for a heavy stress from wearing and walking.Upper - This is the big problem. The product page says that this is leather. Well, it is NOT! It's really cheap vinyl. There is little support for your feet from this. And vinyl won't last under the vigor of wear, twist and turns, bending and stretching on the material.

These have quite a lot going on. As they do rather plainly state, they are faux leather, as one could only only assume at this price point. They are printed in a fashion to resemble, I guess that would be gator? It's rad as heck, at any rate. They are massively attention grabbing and I got buckets of comments all day long. The soles are very stiff and cowboy boot-like so I would not recommend for serious walking if you somehow got that notion, but they are good for a day at the office or a night out or what have you. The sizing is much in line with American standards. Length was perfect and they are a little wider than standard I would venture.I would express two problems with the faux leather. First, the shoes came sans shoebox, which I perfectly receptive to, but in this case the shape was inadequately protected with foam insert or what have you so the shoes were all mushed and wrinkled and generally gave the impression of coming out of the bottom of someone's closet. On a related note, the faux leather is noticeably thinner than leather and judging by the previous scenario is very liable to absorbing angular influence, so I have some reservation about how long a life you are going to have with these. These are definitely not daily wears, perish that thought. But so far so good, for all that, they are extremely stylish and I will continue wearing them, just feel obligated to pop a big caveat on the board.
