Sizing is accurate, color is inaccurate, buttons are flat black plastic (for brown jacket), lapel has a button hole (or boutonniere, which isn't shown on the Amazon image).I wear a small/medium shirts, and this jacket fits perfectly (slightly roomy) in a medium. I like this sports coat for casual use. I think I'll change-out the cheap black buttons.The label says 80% Polyester, 20% Wool. Due to shipping, the jacket arrived with serious wrinkles. I was able to iron (full steam, medium heat). The jacket looks great, and it definitely smelled like wool while it dried.

Originally ordered a XL, but it was too small in the chest. The manufacturer reached out to me and made a tailored coat to my measurements and it fits perfectly! As a plus, it has actual working pockets.
