Sooo, if you're used to wearing large you will be an extra large but the size chart and measurements accompany this correctly. My buldge under pants looks unreal, and they are super comfortable and breathable, ordering a second pack with different colors right now!

the product just like i expected , i bought XXL thinking the pouch would be large enough its not, if you have any girth or length go up two sizes, i usually wear XL in most things, will buy XXXL to see how they fit

The pouch was fine, but the straps are like sandpaper. Also, a little tight around the waist and legs.
