This underwear are great for those who want to be able to wear underwear without feeling like you are. The elephant open end design makes it easier to go potty when you need to without having to fight to put your body part back in. I’m 5’8” and have a 34” waist. I ordered a large and it fits perfectly. I also am pretty well endowed and there was plenty of room in the elephant pouch. I plan on ordering more of this style of underwear.
