These shorts are very comfortable and fit true to size. Unlike some compression shorts, they don't feel hot or make me sweat. They have a lot of stretch and are still comfortable when bending or lifting your legs. Also, they don't have so much spandex in them that they cut off your circulation.

I tried these comfortable compression shorts made of polyester and spandex underneath my gym shorts, and I was pleased with how stretchy and snug they felt. They worked like liners and stayed securely in place, which I truly appreciated during my workouts.Considering the current price, they provide good value, but I would love to see them offered in packs of three or five at a more affordable price per item. I would wear these at least three times a week, so if they were available in bundles, I would definitely buy them.

Follow the chart even though it seems weird, but my normal Medium, size 34 size, is XL for some reason, but the shorts fit excellent and don't run up or down. Very cooling as well so area doesn't get hot at all. Pic is exactly what is received!

For reference, I'm 6'1", 185 lbs, 32" waist. For compression shorts or bike shorts, I would normally wear a Medium, but I ordered the Large because the size chart suggested these might run small, and they do. I could've fit into the Medium with no trouble at all, and perhaps got a touch more compression out of it, but the Large is also a very good fit when compression isn't really the priority. Snug, with lots of give, and not tightness anywhere. I like the very wide waist-band; it helps prevent waist-band rollover when doing crunches! Excellent under running shorts. 5/5

These feel like shorts, not underwear. So probably the best use is under your basketball shorts (for extra modesty and comfort), but not on their own as shorts, and not as everyday underwear.

For me the size runs a size to small. They are very snug. I would not want to wear them for more then a couple of hours. I wish they had been offered in a size larger than XL.
