I didn’t think that it was going to do anything for me.I was very surprised not to feel every day discomfort.I usually have shoulder pain, back pain, neck stiffness, and even Lower abdominal pain.Half way through my work day I didn’t have to crack my neck, roll my shoulders, and even the mid day find somewhere to crack my back.So far so good. I should have bought more than one.I think tomorrow’s going to be back to the usual aches and pains.

-- not as well as it should, especially for the price. It will draw your belly in a little bit, but it's not going to turn a dad-bod or beer belly into a V taper. Not quick to don or remove.

I was extremely hesitant on buying these because I have purchased somewhat similar in the past and they didn't do anything but this on the other hand is exactly what I needed. I am a heavy set guy and this pulls me together and it also helps my stomach because I had some major surgery and I can't express how much I like these I will definitely be buying more. Be aware it is a very tight fit so it is a little bit difficult to get on at first but the material is breathable and it doesn't feel like it's going to cause you to sweat extra because of it.

Fantastic results, evens out any lumps or bumps, while not mushing other areas to make them look abnormal. Fits tightly, but not too tight, super breathable fabric. (you may struggle getting it on, but I promise it’ll fit!) for best results order a size down from what you normally wear (otherwise results may vary). 8/10 for quality and 10/10 for result.
