I have limited space in my house so I love how this folds up pretty easily. It was simple to put together even for those who don’t like putting things together. It’s pretty self explanatory. It’s well made and light weight enough to move around (I have already taken it up and down the stairs a few times - and I’m a “not very strong” (yet 😉) 41 year old woman. It is sturdy and well made. I have no complaints so far and glad I ordered it!

This is an excellent bench, well designed and feels extremely sturdy. There are multiple workout positions for whatever exercise you need to do and the material feels comfortable when working out. Assembly was pretty easy, but instructions could have been clearer.I have 2 minor complaints:1) there could have a manual to teach newbies which bench position is recommended for which exercise.2) the bag which the bench came in - had a bunch of what appears to be metal filings, this made a mess of my living room. Also i could hear the filings sliding around inside the frame of the bench, so i moved it to my garage.Took a star for those two issues.

Has been great for home workouts. If you’re like me and don’t like going to the gym, this is great. I’m much more likely to work out more often when it’s sitting right in my home and i don’t even have to go anywhere.

This is a great bench. It was super easy to put together. The size is perfect for me. I'm 5'10" and weigh 225. It's stable while doing all presses and stepping up and down to do single left lifts. Great bench for the price.
