Very hard to put together. A LOT OF THE CONNECTIONS ARE ROUGH CUT AND HAVE TO BE FORCED TOGETHER. The original order came with no instructions and Amazon sent me a whole new bed just for the instructions. Do not attempt to assemble alone and don't be in a hurry...it takes a while. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from vendor. The phone rang off the hook with no answer for several days.
