The item arrived early which is a plus. The parts in the box were very dusty. The directions are very vague. For part P, it shows where it goes, but doesn't state how far apart to place the parts. There are no screw holes. There are also no screw holes to know where to place the slats. You are stuck pretty much guessing and making your own holes hoping for the best. There is no indication of how far apart to place the slats either. One of the pieces (14) came stuck to another piece (13). I have no idea how to get it off. This is extremely frustrating and hard to assemble. If the directions were more than just a picture book, maybe it would have been easier. This item was quite expensive. I definitely expected better quality and experience.

The bed doesn't look like the picture. It's weak and fragile and feels like it's going to break. It was a gift for my granddaughter, but I'm deeply disappointed.
