The gaskets don't fit well and had to trim several and the needle seat was not drilled though, had to finish it myself.

This is a very comprehensive kit for the money! The "Mercury" branded kit comes with only gaskets and is twice the price! Let me also say, I have been a master auto mechanic for 45+ years, and have rebuilt more carburetors than most people have ever seen. No boast, just a fact. To me this is a very simple carb, however, If you have never rebuilt a carb before - DON'T!! Most of the negative reviews on here are from people that try to do what they don't know how to do. This kit does not come with instructions, nor an exploded view diagram. If you are mechanically inclined, but have never been inside a carb, remove the carb and bring it to a rebuilder, or replace it with a new one.

Mercarb rebuild kit missing power valve gasket, venturi center screw gasket and came with 2 float valve fittings and neither was adjustable to allow any fuel flow.
