Great kids bed. I had issue with the partial box (the number 31 was damaged) when opening the box. The customer service was really helpful. They send a new box.

Once it’s assembled it is amazing! BUT, there are some pieces that are missing holes and you have to force pieces. it took about 8 hours to complete for one person. It’s worth it in the end, but jeez, it’s hard to put together!

I didn't know what to expect when this arrived. As with anything there were small blemishes as with most products. That is easily overlooked.I had read assembly was hard. I was the only one putting this together and it was easy enough to put together. It took a little more time doing it by myself, but it was not difficult to follow the directions and get the bed put together. Took me about 5 hours, but that broken up over a week because my work schedule is difficult to navigate along with having my girls half the time.The quality is there. I would recommend this bed if you were looking for a bunk bed.

I bought this bunk bed in May. It's cute alright but not functionable. The amount of splinters my son has gotten from the wood that holds the upper mattress is insane. Some of the wood from the outer area has started peeling. Today was the last straw, my son found a loose bolt. I tried to fix it but the hole seems too big for the bolt? It just doesn't stay. I don't feel safe with my kids using this bed.
