I really like this product. I use it for a variety of things, it makes great beef stew and I use it to bake sour dough bread. Works great and is easy to clean.

I have always been a quality cookware person. And never purchase china made cook wear.I need a Dutch oven between my Staub 4 quart and my Staub 6 quart.I did some research and discovered this Dutch oven made in Germany, and was on sale so I took a chance.Oh my goodness what a great Dutch ovenNice and light weight heats up very fast was very easy to clean I really love it. It is MUCH lighter than my Staub and Le Creuset and that is good and bad, it moves around on the stove when you are adding and stirring! As I got used to that I was ok. I wish they had more colored than the grey but I don’t think any serious cook will be disappointed!

I bought the Dutch Oven for my wife as a Christmas gift, and she absolutely loves the color. It’s been used several times and has even gone through the dishwasher a few times—so far, it’s holding up well.It heats food evenly and does exactly what it should.I purchased the smaller size {5.3QT} it because it makes it versatile, fitting inside larger ovens or being used for smaller meals without taking up too much space.Overall, a great, stylish, and functional addition to the kitchen. Highly recommended!

This cast iron Dutch oven cooking pot is actually better than a really expensive and heavy one. There is no reason why I would need or want a $400 pot when I can have this one, which is made in Germany, and of very good quality, and much lighter. Lighter doesn't mean cheaply made; the iron is harder than what other Dutch ovens are made of, and heats up faster. The enamel is thick and fused onto the iron, so it remains sealed from the liquid in the pot. Other Dutch ovens are just coated with enamel, so if it gets a chip or a scratch, it’s usually the beginning of the end, because liquid begins to seep in and separate the enamel from the cast iron. Not so with this pot. There are many cast iron Dutch ovens for sale that are heavy, but are still cheapies made in China, and many of them cost as much as this one. It also has a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The pot is so beautiful, I leave it out on my stovetop so I can look at it. I got the Azure Blue, 5.3 Quarts, a generous size for making quite a large quantity of food (unless you are cooking for a lot of people; then you might want the bigger one). I really love this pot and was so happy to have come across it, finally, after hours of searching online for a good quality Dutch oven at a reasonable price. It looks exactly like in the product photos here, so I didn't see any need to attach photos.

Received this Dutch oven pot today, clearly repackaged return from another Amazon customer. I haven’t used the pot yet, will update my review when I do. Pot has minor imperfections with enamel (underlying metal exposed) which raises concerns with the quality of the enamel coating overall. This may be purely cosmetic, but time will tell.

I have already bought the shallow version in the green colour. Then decided to buy the blue. It arrived chipped. This is the second time I have order this blue pot before the first one did not arriveb😳. I have not yet used it. The green one is great and easy to clean and evenly cooks the food.

It is good pot, right weight and beautiful design. But it came with little bit of enamel scrapped off from top edges.Tips: Don’t put it on stovetop empty. Don’t try to scratch off any food color which doesn’t come off with non-abrasive sponge.

Very happy with this dutch oven. It looks beautiful, I chose the Cobolt blue colour and I adore the finish. I made a winter stew with it last night and it heated quickly and the results were superb. Going to make a soup in it tonight! Love the fact that it is lighter than the trad cast iron ones that I find cumbersome.Totally recommend!

I love my enameled iron pot. The colour is beautiful and understated, and it weighs so much less than my Le Creuset. I love it!!
