... Noisy. I took it apart and glued the wheels and axles together and to the frame so they wouldn't shake and rattle so much, now it is much better.

I put this on the dash of my car yesterday and it does work as advertised but could use a better, smoother bearing. The way this works is that the angled pedestal has a pole that the car sits snuggly on. The car has a ball bearing towards the front on the base of the car. Not a bad buy but definitely could use a better bearing to make this a 5 star item.
