I had to retire my beloved Fitbit Charge 4 when the screen faded so much I couldn't read it outside in the sun. I've been a Fitbit owner since my first Flex in 2015. I wear it 24/7 and love the information it provides.I chose the Inspire 3 to replace the Charge 4 because it told me what I wanted to know but not MORE than I wanted to know. It came with the standard silicone band. They're usually kind of ugly and can irritate the skin after a few days of wear. I've bought blingy and other metal Fitbit bands, and there's always a step where I have to remove a few links because my wrist is small. This involves tiny tools and a minuscule instruction sheet with non-illustrative illustrations.This metal band, in happy contrast, is sized by how you clasp it on your arm. No removal of links necessary. It's naturally ventilated so there's no sweaty buildup on the skin.I deducted a star for the following. The instructions consist of orange text and drawings in tiny print on the black cardboard card that the band comes attached to. Why, I ask you? Why not white on black or black on white, for that matter? Something people can read. Still, it is a nice band.

Overall, I think this band is great. The magnet is strong, so the band does not randomly slip or loosen. It is soft and strong and very bendable. It fits on my Inspire 3 very well and has a good amount of length to the band to fit all writs sizes. The band allows the Fitbit not to flop around my wrist and stays put. The only thing that I have a complaint about is that it is a little hard to get the band and Fitbit to sit right when you're trying to put it on. But once the Fitbit and band is on and settled it is on and does not flop around at all!

I thought this would be a big improvement over the stock band, which I sometimes fumble to get buckled. It does have a nice look and feel, but unfortunately doesn't perform as desired.First, it was very difficult to get it installed. Where the stock band goes on and off very easily, for some reason it took a great deal of manipulation to get this one on and secured.Second, I wanted a band where I could slip it on and tighten it without having to fumble with the buckle. I thought this would achieve that, but unfortunately, even when fully extended, the band isn't long enough to get over my hand which I believe is average in size. So, I have to slip the end completely out of its retainer to get it on, then the process of securing it is even more cumbersome than buckling the original strap.Another thing that I found is that with this band installed, the act of flicking the wrist to turn on the display doesn't seem to work reliably. I can't understand why that would be, but when I put the original band back on, it returned to normal.So, this band might be fine for a woman or man with small hands, or someone who doesn't mind completely undoing the strap to put it on, but it's not for me.

Metal Bands for Fitbit Inspire 3 Women Men, Stainless Steel Mesh Breathable Wristband Strap with Adjustable Magnet Lock (Black)Overall, I'm happy with this band and much prefer it to the stock silicone buckle band. This lets you get a very precise fit, and is much easier to get on and off than the stock band. The magnet is very secure, and the black color I chose looks nice and sleek with the glossy black face.The full length of the strap and the inspire 3 watch face together is about 10 inches, and you need 1" of overlap to fasten, so the maximum wrist size would be 9". For reference, my 6.5" wrist is shown. I have a pretty sturdy wrist for my size 7 women's hand and the size looks good. On the largest wrists for the possible range, the strap may look skimpy.My only complaint is that the strap was a little fussy to attach on the loop side. Unlike the stock bands, which latched on and off easily, I had to fuss with the loop side a lot to get it secure (the strap side was no problem).

Great product. Very easy to remove the old band, just slid the pin over and it comes off. New one installs the same way with a sliding pin. The band is very flexible and comfortable on my wrist. Stays in place better than the original because of thee magnetic catch which holds great.Highly recommend!
