This nautical die cut is a little on the large size. I just trimmed down on my card. Impressive presentation and cuts well.

My neighbor is a fishing fan and I wanted to make him something with a fish for his birthday. I made a card and decided to make him a "gone fishing" sign for his office. I was happy how it turned out.

I had to use wire cutters to remove a portion of the die so it would fit in the Big Shot, then smoothed the cut edge with an emery board. This worked. I recommend using color pencil to identify/separate the features, otherwise it is difficult to know what you are looking at (look at the bottles and bird in my attached photo). It does cut well ( I used wax paper to make it easier). Keep these things in mind if you think you want this item. I like it and am happy with my completed project.

I received the paper die quickly. Cuts great. I love the sharks too. The size of the sharks and fish netting are proportionate to each other and in case anyone is curious of the size, the sharks are teeny, ranging from 1/2" to 1". The fish net is about 3 1/2" long by 2" wide if that helps anyone.

I was a little wary about these given the reviews but thought that I'd give them a try because the price was decent and nobody else had ocean styles that I liked. In appearance I couldn't tell a difference between these and my sizzix dies, but the real test is trying to cut with them. I only use use the chrome precision base plate for intricate thinlits so did the same with these and they worked great!
