It's a bit tedious but I like the adjustability and it definitely saves your arm as far as for the connection piece to the metal detector it was way too big so I just use the end of the bungee cord and adjusted that down but after using it for 4 hours on the beach it definitely saved my arm once you adjust it right and I do appreciate the amount of adjustability that they did on this so it's a good product for the price
