I bought these metal spatulas a few years ago (June 21, 2022), and I really liked them. They have been mainstay tools in my kitchen. I became so reliant on them that I realized I wanted a few more. Leading me to buy 4 more of these items recently (Mar 21, 2025). But when I went to use them I noticed something odd. They seemed... floppy?That's when I looked at the original ones I bought. Take a look at my pictures here and see if you can spot the difference.(it went from 1.45mm to 1.15mm according to my measurements)The problem here is that these are not sufficiently rigid at the connection point between the blade and the handle. They flop around at that point. If you use them to scrape a griddle, you will absolutely notice it. They will absolutely not last.How much money do you think that change must have saved them? It's so dumb.I can absolutely recommend you buy this product if you happen to be in possession of a time travel machine. But as they are now, they won't last.

I didn’t waste my time returning this product because it is cheap and as the old adage goes “you get what you pay for” although materials used in this product is of acceptable quality but the workmanship is not, right out of the box both pieces started moving up and down vertically in their handles just by shaking, this happens despite having full TANG and having TRIPLE rivets, two of my criterias for choosing this product.

Smaller than I thought - but very well built. Will be great for stirfry on the Blackstone. Careful scraping residue on flat grills because these babies are sharp and will completely remove your seasoned protective coating. Very well built.
