The design is super nice, the material is sturdy. When heating the spoon up with a candle, first of all the spoon is nicely balanced on the base and doesn't fall off then the melted wax is easy to pour onto an envelope. I highly recommend this item*****

A very pretty little wax melting kit for us lovers of Victorian delicate scroll work and pinky and rose gold colors. The set is petite - perfect size to do the job but not take up alot of room on the desk or shelf. My only request would be to include a small matching tray to hold the items. Nice purchase.

It’s just me being a big dummy but place the wide open side on the bottom and the smaller hole on the top. Although it would look much better being heated from this side the wide side will not hold the spoon straight without the wax pouring out of the spoon… the smaller flatter side is the side for melting the wax beads for your initial…🙃🙃🙃

It works, you just have to hold onto the handle to make sure the spoon doesn’t slip and pour your melted wax onto the tea light candle below. Will be upgrading to something different if I find a good one, but fine for starters if you have to patience.

I really liked this at first, but after some use, the metal started to break down and ultimately gave way. I only used tea lights so it seems like a design flaw. Don’t buy a metal stand if you plan to use it more than a few times

Rose gold and lacey, this wax seal warmer gets used frequently and has held up well. I do wish it came with a Teflon-coated spoon though. Maybe they will add that later.
