This works as described, just take into account where it will be used.It does require a lighter to get it going. (potential fire hazard)It does have an unfavorable odor to it.A space with one or more "Karens", you will definitely have issues.

At first I was very disappointed as I did not recieve my smoke pen. Once I contacted the Seller they sent a replacement within a week. They took care of the problem right away. The pen works excellent definitely use them again. Great customer service.

This smoke pen is very nice quality, some heft to it, not 'plasticky'. I've used it twice now (in Nosework trading for my dog - useful to see how currents of air are moving). The case is decently made, not a cheapie. I was a little hesitant for the price, but impressed with it and happy with my purchase.

The kit arrived as expected, in good condition. The product is straight forward and all you need other than the contents of the kit is a lighter/matches. I used this product to study air flow since I am interested in the sport of nosework for dogs. We use the smoke to visualize how scent might be moving in a space. This helps us train our dogs to be more effective and efficient with their searching and helps us handle them better. I would cover up your smoke detector if you're using this indoors for air flow study.PROS: well packaged, clear instructions, very good volume of smoke, simple, compact and easily portableCONS: seems pricey for what it is, smoke has a strong odor which is sort of unpleasant, could potentially set off a smoke alarm

The product did not produce as much smoke as I was expecting it to, and I wasn't using it in a controlled environment (just in a garage with the door open as it was extremely hot out). But the product did work and produced smoke like it is supposed to. Seller was nice and wanted to be sure I was satisfied.
