Shake bottle well
Add 1oz chai to an 8oz cup
Heat 7oz milk to 160º (or use cold milk & ice!)
Stir milk into chai

It has a very authentic chai taste and it’s wonderful whether you shake it in milk with ice or serve it hot or steamed milk or even add a small amount into your morning coffee. A little goes a long way. I’ll definitely be ordering this again.

This Chai concentrate is DELICIOUS. I fell in love once I tried it at my local coffee shop. I had to get it for myself or I would go broke purchasing a cup everyday

I found this Chai while visiting Bend Oregon. Seems every coffee shop has a different take on Chai there and it’s very popular. So a few years ago when i was there I made it my mission to seek out to try Chai every where I went. Then I found Metolius Chai syrup made locally and no surprise its what most of the coffee shops and markets now sell there because if you cant be better, buy the best. The is sweet, lots of spice from the ginger and black pepper and it’s just so great in water, oat milk or milk for a chai latte is my favorite. I was overjoyed when I searched Metolious Chai to see if they were shipping yet (i have been waiting since that trip )and found them on amazon shipping!! If you like a sweet full flavored spicy Chai this is a must try. It was shipped beautifully with another tea bag sample and description card for that tea, a sticker and beautifully and safely packed. It would be a great gift as well.

I am a bit of a chai aficionado and this is one of the best I've found. Incredibly delicious with a great balance of spices. If you are on the fence, just try it. I do wish they sold smaller sizes since it says you are supposed to use it all within about a week after opening which is a challenge if you are a smaller household, but I guess it's an excuse to have more chai!

This chai concentrate is excellent. The blend of spices is perfect and the sweetness is on point. We always order chai wherever we go and this is a family favorite. We will be purchasing this again.

I first had a cup of Metolius Chai in a restaurant in Oregon City (the Hive) and immediately fell in love - but, I don't live in Oregon anymore, though I was quick to buy it anyway. The estimated shipping time was about a week, and I got it in 2 days, with a kind handwritten note and a sample. So, A+ to the company (thank you Mandy!)The chai itself is stellar, it's complex and deep, it isn't weak or like other more bland store bought pre made chai. It's also better tasting and a better deal than buying a chai at a coffee shop.
