Doesn't exactly fit like it should. You have to cut quite a few plastic pieces on the inside of your dash for everything to fit properly. Also The insulation on one of the wires coming out of the wiring harnessis starting to break.

Bought this kit to install an Atoto head unit for my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee.It was pretty easy to install aside from the trimming for the radio to fit into.The radio I bought was not very deep so the trimming was not as bad as some on youtube had stated.I used a thick metal sawzall blade held with vicegrips to do most of the cutting.The vents took quite a bit of trimming also with a dremel grinder.Al in all I am happy with the results.

I have the Scocshe kit in my 2000 WJ & now the Metra in my 2004 WJ. The Metra design is so much better than Scocshe. Metra stereo brackets has built in attachment holes & the new face plate comes with 2 new top attachment clips (WJ 2 top clip housing on center console have to be cut away on order to fit double Din stereo). Also the Metra has better esthetics (there's bevel shape around the stereo instead of Scocshe flat panel with rectangular opening). I'm a fan.

It does work but took some slight modification with a dremel for my pioneer 6.2 inch. Not a big deal if your a tinkering type person. But the only thing that keeps it in place are just 2 tabs so it comes on and off pretty easy which tells me it won’t be long before I have to bust out the superglue
