fits perfect in my 2008 Outback. My friend gave me a Kenwood radio but for some reason only known to Subaru, they made it so the stock radio is infused to the plastic face, requring an aftermarket face like this one to install your own radio.the fit is near perfect, no gaps, and the colour match is fantastic, you can't tell its aftermarket. come with hardware too.

This kit is complete garbage. The double din did not fit a standard 7 inch radio so I had to use a drimel and grind the insert down to fit my radio. Also the edges aren't flush with the dash. Do not recommend unless you wanna take a chance.

Plastic is a bit finicky to work with cause the screws from my headunit would push it out of place but fitment is good in the car. The wire harness was labelled which made connecting a breeze.If you have manual climate control, the install will take more time due to disconnecting the clip (if you go down that route) but it will lead to an easier install.

Perfect match for my 08 legacy. Can't tell it was ever replaced. Careful when trying to fit it in with climate controls and a stereo though, the shift knob can get in the way during installation and it will scratch the surface right up. I have some serious OCD when it comes to my car, scratches are unacceptable! I had to order a second kit but since it was my carelessness that caused the scratching I am not docking a star.

I bought the schosche one first and it was terrible, didn't even come with mounting brackets on the sides. This one does, its the best mounting plate for a double din.The only reason i gave it 4 stars is that it does not fit completely flush on the bottom and leaves a gap. Maybe i just haven't jiggled it around enough, but it is slightly noticeable. Still a good product though
