Bought in order to install replacement single DIN radio in 88 Mustang. Frame is about 1/4 inch too small for a standard DIN radio cage. Assume that it is sized for an ISO radio, but I have no way of knowing that.

I bought a Thor Axis RV that already had an aftermarket DIN 2 to DIN 2 head unit. The install looked horrid. I bought this based upon a YouTube video doing an install in a similar RV and it worked great. The only thing I don't like about the product is the 4 holes I had to drill into the dash to mount it. These are ultimately hidden, but the drilling of the holes scares the dash permanently such there is no going back.

I was worried about a double-din fitting. Some minor modifications to the carpet padding was all I needed to do. This dash kit fit like a glove with my ATOTO A6 Pro stereo. The EQ slot was not necessary in my case.

The kit works. But the packaging made it very easy for the product to get damaged. mine showed up bent and starting to warp. But it made it. 5 stars because that is not on the product.
