This really should not even be an option to buy, there's so much work involved to get this to fit, it's late at night when I started this job, I've got to make it work so I can drive my car tomorrow. Please do not buy this. The first picture is the stock box the radio is in, the second picture is what you get in this kit, they do not fit together at all. I will have to modify both parts to make it work.

Missed matching my dash by 1/32 each side, but still looks very presentable.

I found this easy to install (Didn't even read the instructions, but I did watch a video on how to remove the original car stereo)It looks very close to the original color, my car is pretty old so some discoloration may have occurred but it gets very close.I installed a 1U stereo and the compartment this comes with is larger than the factory one.

The HU-613 in my 2004 Volvo V70 finally bit the dust (the internal amplifier was failing.) I was finally forced to replace that archaic unit for a more modern, aftermarket one. There really aren't many options available for the 2001-2004 P2 platform cars, but this unit appeared to have the most positive reviews on Amazon. As other reviewers have stated, the fit and finish of this unit is not the best. The color also doesn't completely match the factory plastics. For $26 US dollars, I can live with the color mismatch but am more disappointed with the poor fit-up of the unit. There are several gaps between the face place, the dash itself, and the HVAC control unit below. Also, the overall quality isn't the best, as the entire kit is made of plastic (including the 4 retaining clips for the face plate.) However, for the price, I can mostly excuse this.I also had to make a modification to this kit to help keep the HVAC controls in place. The factory radio has very strong steel clips riveted to the bottom of it. The HVAC unit snaps into these, keeping the unit retained and flush with the radio. However, this aftermarket dash kit only has little plastic stops where those clips used to be. There is no way for the HVAC controls to be retained and stay put. So, I removed the steel clips from the factory radio and redneck-engineered the install onto this kit. The HVAC unit now stays put, which is nice.Besides this, installation was easy enough. I have a plan to match the color of this faceplace with the HVAC unit and the rest of the plastics in the future, so I'm not worried about this.Overall, I rate this unit with 3/5 stars, mainly because of the poor fit-up. There are tools available to easily reverse-engineer the factory radio to get precise measurements (3D scanners are cheap enough, and you can probably rent time on a fancy CMM to take measurements), and I don't really great excuse to sell a product with less-than-adequate fit-up. This is, of course, my personal opinion. Your results may vary.

Kinda wish the color matched a little better but it still looks better than before.Im using a single din stereo so i had to cut some notches of the side of the pocket so that it would fit.Only small issue i really had was the fact that its somewhat loose when you first install it. It is not a deal breaking issue. What i did was push the climate control bezel a little bit forward, that way it doesnt rattle. In the end im very happy.

Used in 2001 Volvo S60 T5 - It mostly fits right. The color match is decent but the climate control unit under this doesn't quite sit snug and the two faces don't meet up flush (this is undermounted a little). I can shim this up with some washers I think, but I think overall it should fit in with the climate control flush and without any play.

Excellent product - the shading is slightly off but it was a perfect fit for my 2003 Volvo V70 and the shading difference was expected when installing in a 14 year old car. I did have to remove a little of the inside edge to seat the new aftermarket head unit completely but I believe that was the size of the head unit and not the dash insert.Highly recommend this for that funky Volvo shape.

Installation was a breeze. The fitment is 95% stock looking but there is a small gap on the upper right hand corner. No matter how I tried to adjust it I couldn't close the gap. That's the only negative thing about the kit. Not worth taking a star away from it because of that. Color match is dead on.
