I had a metal on metal noise in the front end on my ‘70 Skylark. I wanted to drop the front 2” and I had a feeling there were no isolaters installed or they were worn out. Sure enough, there were none so I bought these. They didn’t fit exactly like I wanted them to but they do work. Definitely isolated the springs from the a-arms. I ended up putting 2 on each spring, top and bottom. I’m silly like that.

They work as described. I used a little bit of silicone to hold them to the spring during installation. Also, on my car I didn't have room for spring compressors so I unbolted the rear bolts on the lower A-arm and dropped the spring out from the back. Just use a good jack to release the spring and to reinstall it.

These worked well in mine 1979 Trans Am at top of spring pocket. Fit tight and better than expected going from measurements only then ordering them
